2012 tariffs (from 01 March 2012)

IMPOTANT CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS:

*50% deposit is payable 48 hours after reservation is done 
 *The remaining 50% must be paid into the same bank account at least 24 hours before arrival.  

*VAT Inclusive 

                          STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY SUGGESTION
The establishment will determine the deposit amount required from the guest to secure the accommodation for the requested dates. The general rule followed in the industry for cancellation fee is as follows, and this policy should be stipulated on the establishment’s documentation (confirmation etc) – and client’s must be aware that a cancellation fee could be charged.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

 The following forfeit rules apply:

Less than 7 days prior to arrival:                            full deposit                         Between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival:                        75% of deposit
Between 14 to 21 days prior to arrival:                         50% of deposit
Between 21 to 28 days prior to arrival:                         25% of deposit
